The Keep (Part II)

Once back at the Keep, ensure all your weapons and orbs are upgraded to level 3.

Go to the large door with red veins that was previously inaccessible. Use the Evil Plate from your inventory to unlock it.

Enter the door to trigger a cutscene where a servant reveals herself as a demon insect, escapes with the boy through a portal to the Dark World, and damages the room. Kaede arrives, and a device seals the portal.

Kaede suggests splitting up. You need to return to the West Area to find a way to open the sealed gate.

Leave the Keep and go south to the locked door on the east side. Two insect demons will emerge. Defeat them and take their souls.

Talk to the man who was attacked.

Proceed south, past the chasm, and into the West Area.

Kill ground demons and block arrows from archers on roofs. Use your bow to eliminate the archers if desired.

Follow the corridor upwards and around to a door. Enter it, then follow the next corridor to a door with blue orbs.

Equip your thunder orb and sword, then open and enter this door.

Inside, find the Vision Staff in a chest on the upper right. This item allows you to see remaining Flourite.

Near the chest is a statue with a missing head.

Approaching the door on the upper left will cause bars to descend, blocking it.

Return to the Food Storage Room (previously visited with Kaede).

Navigate back through the archery area. Defeat the large black demon with magic, then block arrows from two archer demons. Equip your bow and quickly eliminate them.

Climb the ladder and walk across the terrace to the door. Enter, descend the ladder, and save your game.

To your right is a door with three fire orbs. Equip your fire sword and orb, then open and enter it.

Run to the military carts at the bottom. Defeat the weak demons and take their souls.

Approach the door at the bottom left of the area (or top left of your screen) and enter it.

In this room, you will face three axe-wielding monsters and a large red axe-wielding demon.

Equip your wind gear and use the spell twice when the enemies group up to defeat the smaller demons.

Use the fire spell against the large demon. If necessary, finish it with the lightning spell.

Collect the souls dropped by the demons.

Open the two treasure chests to find bullets and the Statue Head.

The glowing green light is the Decorated Sword.

Return to the room with the statue missing its head in the West Area.

Approach the statue and analyze it.

Open your inventory and select the Statue Head.

The door's bars will open, revealing a small room with a chest. Open it to receive the Matchlock.

Head back through the West Area, South Area, and to the Keep, defeating enemies and collecting souls along the way.

In the Keep, defeat the archers and the large black demon.

Enter the save point on the first floor, save your game, and enhance your items (ensure weapons and orbs are maxed out).
