Understand the role of clothing and armor in Pathologic 3: Quarantine, offering protection and subtle stat bonuses.

Clothing provides more than just aesthetic appeal; it offers protection and can sometimes grant minor stat bonuses. Basic Clothes offer minimal protection. Workman's Overalls provide better defense against physical attacks. Military Uniforms offer the best physical protection but might draw unwanted attention from certain factions. Some clothing items, like a Doctor's Coat, can subtly improve your Charisma or Intellect. More importantly, certain clothing can offer resistance to infection, such as a Plague Mask or a full Hazmat Suit (extremely rare). Always prioritize clothing that offers infection resistance when venturing into heavily contaminated zones.
