The Scientist (Spinventor) excels with bomb-centric builds and can achieve incredibly high damage outputs. Their unique abilities often revolve around manipulating bombs and pegs.

• Bomb Overload Build: This is the Scientist's signature build. Prioritize relics such as:
  • Relic that changes bombs from black to red (double damage).
  • +10 damage for bombs.
  • Orbs that create bombs from pegs.
  • Relic that activates pegs around a bomb when hit.
  • Relic that makes bombs only take one hit to activate (Short Fuse).
  • Relic that refreshes bombs on refresh.
• Critical Damage Focus: While bombs are primary, the Scientist can also leverage critical damage. However, be wary of builds where basic damage surpasses critical damage, as this can make critical pegs detrimental. A relic that removes a critical peg would be useful in such scenarios.
• Assemble Orb Build: The 'assemble orb' (Assemball) where you get pieces that add significant boosts can lead to very high damage. Fully assembling the Assemball unlocks the 'Some Assembly Required' achievement.

Be cautious with red bomb self-damage, especially with high bomb generation. It is possible to die from your own red bomb explosions.
