The primary focus in Survivor Mode is not just on finding collectibles, but on doing so while actively fending off more aggressive and numerous enemies. This means that the pursuit of all 47 Secrets, including the 18 Masks for the Beneath the Mask trophy, the 20 Posters for the A Proper Gander trophy, and the 5 Hidden Statues for the Prayer for the Dying trophy, will be intertwined with intense survival gameplay. The 5 Critters needed for the Critter Kill Hit trophy and the 5 Coffins for the secret ending and Friends Reunited trophy will require careful planning to acquire without succumbing to the heightened threats.

In Survivor Mode, enemies are more resilient and deal increased damage, making encounters significantly more perilous.
