Chapter 1: Dead in the Water
- Mask #1 + Secret #1: After the first ladder, go left to the end, through the door, and then through the hole in the wall.

Rest Your Legs #1: In the same room as the previous collectible, sit on the chair after turning on the power.

Mask #2 + Secret #2: After the spinning tube, go through the door and then through the closet into the next room.

Trophy: Dark Tourism + Rest Your Legs #2 + Poster #1 + Secret #3: To the right side of the house where a man enters, find a man sitting in a chair. Kick him for the trophy, sit on the chair, and grab the poster nearby.

Poster #2 + Secret #4: After the previous collectible, head to the next area with the cart. Go through the door with the light on.

Mask #3 + Secret #5: After using the plunger on the toilet for a key, head outside and through the door with the light off. Continue forward.

Rest Your Legs #3: Use the key on the door to the left and go down the stairs. Sit on the chair in front of you.

Coffin #1 + Secret #6: After fixing the cart and crossing the bridge, head right instead of into the tunnel. Enter the train and follow it to the end.

Hidden Statue #1 + Secret #7: After the previous collectible, go through the tunnel. At the end of the tracks, enter the hole in the wall on the left and light the statue.

Poster #3 + Secret #8: After the ice cream truck chase, head left. Find the poster on a trailer.

Chapter 2: The Cleaning House
- Mask #4 + Secret #9: At the start of the chapter, before breaking the window, go through the hole in the wall on the left.

Poster #4 + Secret #10: Enter the cinema. The poster is to the right of the door.

Trophy: Rock ‘n Pop: In the cinema room, grab the brick next to the door and throw it at the popcorn machine.

Rest Your Legs #4: Later in the chapter, after passing through the cinema room, find a sofa in the open area to sit on.

Tips

There are a total of 47 Secrets, 18 Masks, 20 Posters, 5 Hidden Statues, 5 Critters, 5 Coffins, and 10 Rest Your Legs collectibles.
The Secret Ending requires all 5 Coffins in one continuous playthrough.
The 5th Hidden Statue only lights up and rewards a Mask if all Hidden Statues are collected in the same run.
Trophies not related to collectibles can be obtained via New Game → Chapter Select.

Collecting all items contributes to 100% completion and unlocks various trophies such as Hidden Among the Pines, Hidden Among Rats, Hidden in Rubble, Beneath the Mask, A Proper Gander, Prayer for the Dying, Critter Kill Hit, Friends Reunited, and Take a Load Off.
