- 47 Secrets — Includes trophies like _Hidden Among the Pines_, _Hidden Among Rats_, and _Hidden in Rubble_. These are the in-game collectibles such as posters, critters, and masks.
- 18 Masks — Collecting all of these unlocks the Beneath the Mask trophy.
- 20 Posters — Collecting all of these unlocks the A Proper Gander trophy.
- 5 Hidden Statues — Collecting all of these unlocks the Prayer for the Dying trophy.
- 5 Critters — Collecting all of these unlocks the Critter Kill Hit trophy.
- 5 Coffins — All 5 are required for the Secret Ending, which rewards the Friends Reunited trophy.

Important Notes: The Secret Ending requires finding all 5 Coffins in a single playthrough. Revisiting chapters for missed Coffins will not trigger it. Similarly, the 5th Hidden Statue only activates and rewards a Mask if all Hidden Statues are collected in the same run; missed ones do not count.
