Your main goal here is to get the elevator working again. You'll need to interact with the control panel. There's a puzzle involving matching symbols. It's not too tough, just take your time and look at the patterns. You'll see some levers and buttons – follow the sequence carefully.

Keep an eye out for any enemies that might pop up. Rebecca is a bit more vulnerable than Billy, so try to avoid direct confrontation if you can. If you have to fight, use your handgun and aim for the head.
