    Enter the Ruined Area, head down the stairs, and turn right to find the Strange Photo titled Your best buddy.

    From the stairs, head right towards a door. Follow the path to three doors and enter the one on the right.

    In the next hallway, proceed until you reach an apartment-like room. Collect the box of ammo on the dresser and rifle rounds on the shelf in the adjacent room. Break the hollow portion of the wall at the foot of the bed.

    In the kitchen, find shotgun shells in the first drawer to the right of the sink. Interact with the door left of the stove to trigger an alarm and enemy spawns (two Lying Figures, one Lying Figure Variant, and a Bubble Head). Defeat them or wait for the siren to stop.

    Enter the door that triggered the alarm. Parts of the wall will collapse. Follow the path to another room.

    As Pyramid Head gets close, you will be able to pass through the strange substance. Continue until it collapses behind you. Go forward around the corner to a door and interact with it to trigger a cutscene.

    After the cutscene, exit the door back to the area with the cube. Interact with Pyramid Head's "Great Knife."

    Drag the "Great Knife" left towards the save point, then left again at the "T" section towards the blocked wall. Continue until the path clears.

    On the other side, let go of the "Great Knife" and head to the ladder. Climb up, follow the path, and climb down the next ladder into the next area. You will enter a cemetery.

    Find a save point on the other side of the cemetery entrance. Collect shotgun shells on a headstone and a health drink near the boards by the save point.

    Locate the three open graves and go to the one on the far left. Jump when prompted.
