SimCity 3000 offers a variety of cheats and codes to enhance your gameplay. To access the cheat console, press Shift-Ctrl-Alt-C. Note that these codes are case-sensitive and may need to be re-entered to activate. Some codes must be typed every time you enter and exit the game.

Cheats:

1. i am weak: Makes all construction free. Bulldozing still costs money, and negative funds prevent road and certain construction even when free. Must be typed each time you enter and exit the game.
2. garbage in, garbage out: Allows construction of all garbage facilities, regardless of the current year.
3. water in the desert: Allows construction of all water facilities, regardless of the current year.
4. power to the masses: Allows construction of all power plants, regardless of the current year.
5. nerdz rool: Transforms all existing and future industries into high-tech, non-polluting ones. Must be typed each time you enter and exit the game.
6. UFO Swarm: Initiates a UFO disaster with a swarm of flying saucers causing massive destruction.
7. The Birds: Makes a flock of white birds fly over your city.
8. call cousin Vinnie: Access the "Local Fundraising Event" from the meet tab. Vinnie offers $100,000. Declining the offer can lead to obtaining the SimCity Castle.
9. zyxwvu: After typing "call cousin Vinnie" and declining the offer, typing this code in the cheat box will offer the SimCity Castle, a building that boosts land value and aura.

Unlock All Buildings (Free):

This method does not use the cheat box:

1. Open and close the "Power Plants" menu.
2. Open and close the "Rewards & Opportunities" menu.
3. Open and close the "Garbage Disposal" menu.

After completing these steps, go to the "Landmark Menu." It will be filled with every possible structure in SimCity, all available for free construction.
