Walkthrough
- 1Front Gate: Start at the hospital entrance. Climb metal crates to reach a walkway on the second floor. Move west along the walkway and enter through an open window.
- 2Room 203: After a cutscene, a spider shibito will appear in the hallway. Use a signal flare to blind it, then quickly exit Room 203 and head downstairs.
- 31st Floor Hallway: Go down to the first floor. You can check the Reception Office for a message. Pick up the PARKING SIGN (#05) near the entrance doors to use as a weapon.
- 4Exam Room: To get the Roof Key, sight jack the spider shibito in the Exam Room. When it looks at the key on the bed, open the door, toss a signal flare inside, and quickly grab the Roof Key from the bed. Exit and close the door.
- 5Staircase: Return to the stairs. Toss a signal flare on the second floor to blind the spider shibito on the ceiling, then quickly run up to the third floor. Avoid the nurse shibito on the third floor. Unlock the door to the rooftop.
- 6Rooftop: Go to the southeast side of the roof to trigger a cutscene.
- 7Sight Jack Seigo Saiga: Activate sight jack and switch to Seigo Saiga's vision. Observe his conversation with Sam Monroe and note the room number "201" displayed on the phone.
- 8East Roof: Hop down onto the metal crate below.
