- 1Room 303: Your objective is to escort Bella Monroe to the 1st floor Waiting Room. Bella cannot take damage and dies instantly if a shibito remains near her for too long. Use the D-pad right command to make Bella wait or hide. Open the door to the hall. Avoid the nurse shibito on the lower staircase.
- 2Third Floor Hallway: Tell Bella to wait. Go up the stairs to the rooftop. Climb the metal crate to the right of the door and then up to the area with the water tower. Rotate the valve handle to obtain an item that unlocks an archive item in Episode 12, Chapter 2. Fall back down to the rooftop.
- 3Go back down to the third floor. Tell Bella to follow Melissa. The Nurse Station at the end of the hall is locked. Move to the outside walkway to the northwest. Fall down the opening in the floor to the second floor.
- 4Second Floor Hallway: Pick up the sake bottle near the damaged doorway. A nurse shibito is near the stairs to the third floor, with her back turned. Approach her and use the sake bottle to knock her out. Pick up her scalpel.
- 5Enter the women's restroom and pick up the FLUORESCENT BULB (#42). Keep the scalpel. Another nurse shibito paces the east hall. Sight jack her and wait for her to walk down the east hall, then sneak by while Bella follows. Move down Staircase B. If spotted, slash the shibito with the scalpel.
- 6On the first floor, find Staircase C and move down to the basement. A shibito is stuck in the elevator. Run to the Incinerator Room and pick up the iron poker from the bucket. Tell Bella to hide in the incinerator; a cutscene will play, and you will receive the JOYLINK - ULTRA NETWORK KING - (#32) archive file.
- 7Go back up to the first floor using Staircase A. A nurse shibito is in the pharmacy across from the staircase. Sight jack her. Wait for her to turn her back, enter the pharmacy, and beat her with the iron poker to knock her out and obtain the CHAMBER POT (#41). Keep the iron poker.
- 8Lead Bella to the sliding doors of the Waiting Room and examine them to trigger a cutscene.
- 9Reception: Your new goal is to escape Saiga Hospital. A sub-goal is to restore power. You start with the POWER ROOM KEY.
- 10First Floor Hallway: The sliding doors need power. Go to the men's restroom and pick up the WHISKEY BOTTLE (#43). Walk to the southeast of the first floor hallway and move down Staircase C.
- 11Basement: Staircase C leads to the basement and the Power Room. If you haven't already, retrieve the iron poker from the Incinerator Room. A nurse shibito paces the middle hall; be careful.
- 12Unlock the Power Room door with the Power Room Key and enter. Walk to the electrical box and turn on the power.
