Walkthrough

- 2Follow the POI to another group of enemies and defeat them.
- 3Continue following the POI, engaging and defeating more enemies.
- 4After a cutscene, press R2 to swing and then engage Symbiotes in wall combat. Use Square repeatedly for combos and R1 to block.
- 5Defeat the Vulture Symbiote and press Circle to shoot webs, then press Circle again to save the civilian.
- 6After a cutscene, make your way to the next POI while Spidey freaks out.
- 7Help S.H.I.E.L.D agents fight off Symbiotes.
- 8Head to the pod on the side of a building, destroy it while fending off Symbiotes.
- 9A cutscene introduces Luke Cage and Mary Jane, and the Black Suit. The game then flashes back 4 days.
- 10Flashback - He’s Back: Fight Venom. Throw two cars at him, then wall crawl and attack him. Throw two more cars to defeat him for now.
- 11After the Venom fight, press L3 to switch between the Red Suit (faster, weaker) and Black Suit (stronger, slower). Your suit choice affects the ending.
- 12Follow the ambulance by swinging through yellow targets or jumping on top of it.
- 13Surgical Strikes: At the hospital, defeat the thugs. Fighting with the Red Suit earns Red Points (good guys help), and with the Black Suit earns Black Points (bad guys help).
- 14More enemies appear, but Luke Cage arrives to help. Defeat the remaining enemies with Luke.
- 15Talk to Luke Cage, who tells you to meet him in the park. This completes the first mission.
