Default Titles:

Knight Lieutenant — Default Title.
Captain — Default Title.

Story-Related Titles:

Knight Captain — Earned while playing the story.
Eternal Rival — Earned while playing the story.
Friend to the End — Earned while playing the story.
Best Buddy — Earned while playing the story.

Side Quest and Event Titles:

Technical Diver — Requires Costume. Talk to the Butler in Yormgen. Obtain the Micro Circuit in Zopheir. Then speak to the Butler again.
Cultured Gentleman — Requires Costume. Clear course 8 of 'Border Repede' in under 3:10 and with the Overdrive Knight attachment equipped.
Benevolent Beneficiary — Requires Costume. Complete The Mysterious Two Hundred Man Melee with Flynn. Note: Equipping this Title will alter 'Severing Blade' into 'Distortion Blade.'
Short-sleeved Prince — Requires Costume. Complete the 'Hot Springs' Side Quest through part 3.
Ideal Commandant — Requires Costume. Obtain Yuri's 'Certified Soldier' Title. Then speak to Drake in Aurnion.
Hope of the Town — Captain. After completing the game, speak to Ted in Zaphias.
White Wings of Virtue — Captain. Clear The Mysterious Two Hundred Man Melee with Flynn.
Mark of Knighthood — Captain. After Flynn joins in Yormgen, fly to Mantaic.
Emperor of the Night — Captain. After Flynn joins, and before going to Zaude, go to Dahngrest's Inn.
Mysterious Chef — Captain. Master all recipes with a character. Speak to the Wonder Chef in Nordopolica. Then win the cooking competition in Dahngrest.
