This guide section details the locations of Data-Bios collectibles within The Callisto Protocol. It is part of a larger walkthrough designed to help players find all collectibles and achieve all achievements in a single playthrough on the hardest difficulty.

Collectibles: Data-Bios

Chapter 1:

1. After gaining control of Jacob Lee, pause the game and enter Photo Mode to take a picture for the 'Mugshot' achievement.
2. Proceed down the hallway and enter the first door on the left. Inside a locker, you will find the first Bios (1/43).
3. Continue into the cargo bay. Learn to vault over obstacles using !cn_LSu + !cn_A and mantle using the same buttons.
4. Crouch using !cn_B, shimmy through tight spaces with !cn_LSu, and sprint with !cn_LB.

Chapter 2:

1. After the dream sequence and waking up in prison, take a right out of your cell and go down the stairs to meet Elias.
2. He will give you a shiv, unlocking the 'Desperate Times' achievement.
3. Vault over boxes, use the shiv on the control panel, and shimmy past the door.
4. In the next room, learn combat mechanics: hold !cn_LSl or !cn_LSr before an attack to dodge, and alternate dodges for subsequent attacks. Attack with !cn_RT after the enemy finishes their combo.
5. Defeat the two inmates and the first Biophage.
6. To unlock the 'Flesh Wound' achievement, use melee or ranged weapons to remove both arms from a living enemy.
7. Unlock Elias' cell using the computer console.
8. Continue to the elevator. After leaving the lift, take a left and crouch under debris.
9. Practice perfect dodges by flicking !cn_LS left or right as an opponent winds up their attack. Performing 5 successful perfect dodges unlocks the 'Float Like A Butterfly' achievement.
10. Look for a wall storage unit glowing green for a health injector.
11. Continue down the walkway and take the lift down.
12. On the right, on top of some boxes, pick up an Energy Converter.
13. Go through the door on your left and search open cells for Callisto Bucks. Breakable boxes with blue lights contain useful materials.
14. In the second room on the right (requiring a shimmy), find a breakable box.
15. Open the door at the end of the hallway to find another identical hallway with more loot.
16. Elias will call you. Near a slightly larger box with an emblem, open it to find loot or a Biophage Leech.
17. Hang a left and call the elevator.
18. Vault over boxes and proceed through the archway. Take a left and climb into the vents.
19. Wait for the security bot to turn around before climbing out. Crouch with !cn_B and follow the left-hand side.
20. Before the 'Implant M110' door, find a health injector in a wall box on the left.
21. Go through the door. On the right side of the room, find a glowing blue box at the top of a green-lit box to get the Gate Fuse.
22. Looking at the empty fuse box, find a Bios (2/43) on a ledge to your left.
23. Take the stairs to the left and plug in the Gate Fuse at the end of the hallway.
