Alright, let's get you through this M'desi quest! First things first, you'll need to head south from Fellmoor to find a cave called Rotten Den. Once you're there, make your way into the section known as Deadfall.

As soon as you enter Deadfall and open the first door, you'll see an adventurer get taken out by a fireball. Don't linger! Speed through the large trench, keeping an eye out for the many fireball-shooting statues. Dodge their attacks as you go.

When you reach an intersection, take a right. You'll go through another door into an area with more trenches. Here, you'll run into Zealots, root spike traps, and those pesky fireball statues. Push through them to reach the door leading to the Precipice.

In the Precipice, you can take either the left or right path. Just keep dodging the fire from the statues straight ahead and take out any enemies you come across. There's a guard on a ledge above you – take him out. Then, head down the root to the path below. Climb up the root on the other side and defeat the enemies waiting for you there. Once that's done, head south through the door into the Sanctum.

Once in the Sanctum, turn right and drop down the hole. Keep going until you drop down another hole. Turn around and drop down the hole in front of you; this is where you'll fight some Shambles. Continue east, but be super careful of the root spike traps that are all over this tunnel. Make it to the other side and go through the door.

After dropping down, clear out the enemies. Then, head south, up a root, and through another tunnel filled with spike traps. You'll enter some more ruins, and your goal here is to grab the skull located at the foot of a statue.

Now, backtrack through the tunnel you just navigated. Head west into another root spike-trapped tunnel. In the large room that follows, go all the way to the back and take the root on the right. Traverse the root bridges and enter the door leading to the Encampment.

In the Encampment, move through the tunnel and down the root ramp to the camp below. Find the root ramp directly across from you and head up it to reach the door that leads back to Deadfall.

Finally, to exit, run along the top of the trenches to reach the doorway leading out. Drop down, and you'll be done with this section!

Tips

Those fireball statues can be brutal. Try to keep moving and use the environment for cover whenever possible.
The root spike traps are everywhere in the later sections. Always be on the lookout and try to time your movements to avoid them.
Don't forget to grab the skull at the foot of the statue in the ruins – it's your main objective in that area.
