Operations mode in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 features a progression system where difficulty directly impacts your ability to level up classes and weapons. While a fresh character is less capable than campaign squads and fully-stocked weapons aren't found, only Extremis-tier enemies can randomly spawn, avoiding Terminus-threat bosses.
