Alright, so you're looking to take down the Brandon Docks ctOS Center? This one's a bit of a beast, being the largest facility and all, plus it's got that big sewage treatment plant nearby. It's definitely one of the more secure spots, so let's get you through it.

Start by heading to the east gate. Your first move is to draw out the guard there and take him down with a quick melee strike. Once he's down, you can slip into the garage. Head on upstairs from there – you'll find a sniper chilling by a window. Take him out; he's giving you a nice view of the area below, which will be super helpful.

Now, use those cameras you can access to mark the other enemies around. Your next target is the southern gate, where another guard is posted. You can sneak up on him for another quiet melee takedown. From that southern gate, make your way north. You'll see a set of stairs near an electronic sign. Up there, you'll find two more snipers. A Spec-Ops weapon will make quick work of them.

With all the snipers dealt with, you're pretty much clear to use the walkways that go over the vats. Your goal is the main building to the north. That's where the rest of the guards are hanging out, and more importantly, where you'll find the junction box you need to access.
