Objective 2: Cross the Chasm and Find Iron Ore

Detailed steps to cross the Deep Chasm, find and mine Iron Ore, and deal with Cave Crawlers in 'A Game About Digging A Hole'.

The chasm is wide. You'll need to bridge gaps using 'Dirt Blocks' or 'Stone Blocks'. Look for pathways along the chasm walls. Your objective is to reach the other side. As you explore the chasm walls and floor, you'll start encountering 'Iron Ore' veins. Iron Ore is darker than Copper and has a more silvery sheen. Mine at least 25 units of Iron Ore.

Creature Encounter: The Deep Chasm is home to 'Cave Crawlers'. These small, aggressive creatures will attack on sight. They are weak but can overwhelm you in numbers. Use your pickaxe as a weapon (Left Mouse Button) or craft a 'Stone Sword' (2 Stone Blocks, 1 Wood Stick) for better combat. They drop 'Crawler Carapaces' which are useful for crafting light armor.
