Escaping the Cell

As Leo, interact with the toilet and hold the prompted button to pry it open.

As Vincent, keep watch and distract any guards who approach Leo's cell by initiating a conversation. If a guard gets too close while Leo is working, cancel Leo's action and have him replace the toilet.

Once the toilet is moved, unscrew the rusted cover by moving your joystick in circles.

Chisel away at the side of the hole by repeatedly tapping the prompted button. Vincent must continue to keep watch for guards.

Transfer the chisel from Leo to Vincent. Both characters need to hold the prompted button for a second to complete the transfer.

As Vincent, repeat the process of prying open the toilet, unscrewing the cover, and chiseling the hole. Leo must keep watch and distract guards.

Once both holes are open, wait for nightfall.

As both characters, crawl through the holes behind the toilets.

Crawl down the planks and go up the ladder.

Find the pipe on the wall near the ladder. Both characters need to hold the prompted button to pry it off.

Jam the fan with the pipe. The character with the pipe must repeatedly tap the prompted button to keep it jammed.

The other character crawls through the fan blades. On the other side, hop over the small wall and pull the power plug to stop the fan.

Both characters should now be past the fan. Head to the double door and both characters need to hold a button to open it.
