Age of Mythology Part 11 walkthrough for 'Let's Go!' and 'Good Advice' missions, including artifact locations and strategies.
Walkthrough
- 1Advance your ships, leaving Amanra's transport behind.
- 2Use Amanra's transport to reach the prison island and free her; your myth units will provide cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects).
- 3In the 'Let's Go!' section, break the gate to release trapped units and head to the south side of the prison, avoiding the southeast tip.
- 4Board the transports when they arrive and head for the friendly base, dispatching pirate ships with your war turtle and Kebenit.
- 5Upon arrival at the allied city, unload troops near the flag to take control of the base.
- 6Assign villagers tasks and focus on advancing to the Heroic Age, healing your War Turtle and heroes with the pharoah and priests during frequent raids.
- 7Farm on a large scale and purchase upgrades.
- 8Use the pharoah's ability to empower buildings to speed up creation and farming.
- 9Consider your strategy carefully before advancing to the Heroic Age, as god choices impact gameplay. Hathor's Rocs are disabled for this mission.
- 10Build a Migdol Stronghold on the north side of your base for defense.
- 11Build up to the Mythic Age.
- 12Collect the artifact in the stream between your base and the north island to make Mythic units cheaper before creating them.
- 13Build a sizable Mythic unit force and add two Siege Towers to attack the enemy to the north.
- 14Fight your way to the tip, destroy the lighthouse (collecting artifacts), and return to your main base.
- 15Fully upgrade your elephants, keep them healed, and cross to the mainland in saved transports after the lighthouse is destroyed.
- 16Use elephants to destroy gates and redirect the Piece of Osiris to the flag on the southernmost part of the map.
- 17In the 'Good Advice' section, follow Kastor, pick up the artifact, and place it in the temple.
- 18Avoid the cyclops until Gargarensis appears, then fight him alone near the temple; Zeus's lightning will assist.
- 19Warning: Save your game after completing each section to avoid restarting.
- 20For the landslide section, do not attack the rock directly. Instead, arrange your heroes in front, followed by priests, catapults, chariot archers, and spearmen in the back.
- 21Set catapults, chariots, and spearmen to 'Stand Ground' formation.
- 22Use two shades to take out the flaming hero and one avenger.
- 23Lure enemies in small groups by bringing heroes forward and pulling back when spotted.
- 24Use a shade to eliminate any priests under attack.
- 25Once all creatures are dead, use two catapults to attack the landslide, luring more creatures down as you damage it.
- 26Send two more catapults and continue the process until the landslide is cleared.
- 27If hydras appear behind you, send heroes back to assist the spearmen.
- 28For part 3, there are 23 artifacts, but you can only store 5 per temple.
Tips
- There are 4 artifacts on the mountain path behind the docks, but they are not essential as the scenario is almost over.
- Most of the boats are distractions; focus on Amanra's transport.
- Your myth units will lay (cover) for you on the prison island.
- In the 'Let's Go!' section, there are 9 artifacts.
- If you stay away from the southeast tip of the prison island, you can avoid a skirmish.
- You may easily dispatch the two pirate ships using your war turtle and Kebenit.
- Concentrate on advancing to the Heroic Age.
- Don't count on choosing Hathor to give you Rocs, as they are disabled for this mission.
- There are 24 artifacts in the 'Good Advice' section.
- In the dreamscape, avoid the cyclops until Gargarensis appears.
- The lightning from Zeus will help defeat Gargarensis.
- In part two of 'Good Advice', triggers create new enemies as you damage the landslide.
- Keep your shades to the side to deal with threats.
- If priests are attacked, use a shade to eliminate the problem instantly.
- Don't be alarmed if hydra appear in the back; your spearmen are there to handle them.
- You can only store 5 artifacts per temple.
