Seafarer’s Boots Treasure Map Walkthrough

Getting the Map: First off, you need the map itself. Head south from the party camp that's closest to Thirdborn. Instead of heading into town, take a left. You'll spot a path with a blanket and some items on it. Snag the treasure map from there – it's the one for the Seafarer's Boots. Keep an eye out for a character named Loato nearby. That red water on the sketch might look confusing, but it's a hint that the treasure is near the Sulfur Mines Basecamp, which is known for its contaminated water streams.

Finding the Boots: Now, to actually get the boots. From the party camp located under the 'Deadfall Highlands' text on your main map, head north and then go left when you see a large area of contaminated water. Alternatively, you can head north from the party camp at the bottom of the Sulfur Mines Basecamp. You'll see a sort of bridge structure overhead. Drop down from there, and you'll find a corpse. Loot it to find the Wavebinder boots – these are unique and give you a nice +15 boost to your maximum Essence, plus they reduce how much you get knocked around when injured.
