Guide to 100% fields and finding rare enemies like Whitefang Cobra and Steelypillar in Beast of Reincarnation.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
To achieve 100% field completion, use provided maps for areas you are lacking percentage in. Pay close attention to shortcuts, which can be time-consuming to find otherwise.
  2. 2
Two early dungeons with water tiles cannot be 100% completed by default. Access these via a different entrance to start the Roxy party. Alternatively, you can unlock a shortcut using the Roxy party that your main party can then access.
  3. 3
While a 100% bestiary is possible, it is not required for any achievements.
  4. 4
Rare enemies have extremely low spawn rates (2-5%) and may only appear in specific parts of an area. You can achieve 100% area completion without encountering them.

Rare Enemy Locations:

  • 37 - Whitefang Cobra: Found in Petrified Forest, Area 4, roughly in the SW-W part.
  • 78 - Steelypillar: Found in Fennes Ruins 1F. This enemy is ultra rare and can flee.
  • 101 - Angel Rat: Found in Dusk Cavern, Area 2, slightly south of the approximate NW material spot. This enemy is ultra rare.
  • 107 - Fortune Rabbit: Found in Abandoned Temple, Area 2. While not as rare, they run very fast, potentially causing you to miss them if your basic attack party isn't fast.
  • 109+110 - King+Queen Scarab: This is a single encounter. Found in Forbidden Grotto 2F, specifically in the area accessed from 3F. This enemy is ultra rare.
  • 123 - Golden Phantom: Most common in Forbidden Grotto, Area 1. Should be relatively common, but check here if you haven't found one.
Tips
  • Focus on completing quests first, as they often introduce unique enemies.
  • If you are struggling to find specific rare enemies, consider revisiting areas after completing other objectives, as enemy spawns can sometimes change.
  • For the Fortune Rabbit, ensure your party has a high speed stat for basic attacks to catch them.
