Sometimes you will encounter enemies that will almost never reveal a large enough portion of themselves to shoot at or never come out of cover (a defensive position or barrier that provides protection) at all. This is immensely frustrating, but don't waste 5 clips shooting at the corner they are hiding behind; you will not be able to shoot them.
