Frontier Wastelands

Guide your monstrous escape through the Frontier Wastelands in Carrion. Learn how to navigate the area, find biomass samples for upgrades, and progress past locked paths.

Alright, so you've made it to the Frontier Wastelands. As soon as you arrive, look up – you'll see these displays. They're super important: 'Seals breached' tells you which passages to other areas are open, and 'Biomass samples lost' shows you where you can find upgrades for our monstrous friend.

The path to your left is blocked for now, so just head right. You'll find a tube in the water; hop in and keep moving. Head left again, and you'll spot a sign next to a fan. That sign is your clue: there's a room nearby with a biomass sample – that means a sweet upgrade for the monster! You can't get down there just yet, so for now, stick to the path on the left.

You'll eventually reach a room with a path leading up, which connects back to the room on the left from where you started. There's also a path going down, but it's locked. You'll need to pull a switch to unlock it, so get ready to do that and then head downwards.

The monster will drop into the water. From there, go left, then down again. You'll end up in a room with a grated floor. For now, just take off the grate on the left and push forward.

Keep going left, then head upwards. You'll find a room with a locked gate on the left and a hole on the right. Your only way forward is to squeeze into that hole to exit the area. You're on your way to the Military Junkyard next!
