Coats
Production Buildings: Fur Trader's House (3 Coats/Citizen), Fur Trader's Shop (6 Coats/Citizen), Coats Factory (6 Coats/Citizen). Coats Factory also provides +50% Cloth Production.
Coats are the least profitable manufactured good to export to Europe due to rapid price depreciation. It's generally advised to limit Coat production and focus on a single northern colony for it.
Cotton
Cotton has a low selling price in Europe (3-5 Gold). It's often more efficient to import cotton, process it into cloth in colonies, and then export the cloth.
Crosses
Production Buildings: Church (+3 Crosses/Citizen), Cathedral (+6 Crosses/Citizen).
Crosses are used to generate immigrants. The Europe Screen displays the required Crosses for new immigrants. Generating more Crosses increases the pool of available immigrants to send to colonies.
Education
Production Buildings: Schoolhouse (+3 Education/Citizen), College (+6 Education/Citizen), University (+12 Education/Citizen).
Colonists (Free Colonists, Servants, Criminals, Natives) sent to educational buildings generate Education Points. Once a certain amount is reached, they can be assigned jobs as experts (e.g., Farmers, Fishermen). Other colonist types generate points at a lower rate.
Food
Each colonist consumes 2 Food per turn. Failure to meet Food needs results in starvation and death.
Excess Food can be exported to Europe for 1 Gold or used to produce Horses. Horses are valuable for creating Dragoons.
Sufficient stored Food in a colony can lead to the birth of a new colonist.
Fur
Fur is a valuable raw resource that generally sells better than crops (5-7 Gold). While Coats are not highly profitable, they offer some return. Excess Fur can be used for Coat production in other colonies or exported.
Guns
Production Buildings: Armoury (3 Guns/Citizen), Magazine (6 Guns/Citizen), Arsenal (6 Guns/Citizen). Arsenal also provides +50% Guns Production.
Guns require 1 Tool per Gun to produce. Selling Guns to Europe is not recommended due to their low selling price (2-3 Gold) and the strategic importance of arming your own forces.
Horses
Production Buildings: Stable (2 Horses/Citizen), Horse Pasture (2 Horses/Citizen, +100% Horse Production), Ranch (+4 Horses/Citizen). Horses also add +1 Horse.
Horses require 2 Food per turn for generation. While they sell for about 3 Gold in Europe, they are more valuable for producing Dragoons for colonial defense.
Liberty Bells
