Master the Automatone [BOSS3] fight in Control Resonant! Learn its attack patterns, weaknesses, and the best strategy to collect the Sacred Bell of Resolve.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Weak Point: Target that rotates into view.
• Attacks: Arrows (single, full width, sides, middle), Fire Breath.
• Defense: Switch blocks that rise and fall.

Phases:

1. Phase 1: Dodge arrows, shoot the target when it rotates into view. Getting too close triggers fire breath. Use switch blocks for cover during full width arrow volleys.
2. Phase 2 (After 1 Hit): Switch block drops early before full width volley. Continue dodging and shooting the target.
3. Phase 3 (After 2 Hits): Two switch blocks drop before full width volley. Adapt your cover strategy.
4. Phase 4 (After 3 Hits): Two switch blocks drop, volley fired, then another block drops for a second volley. This is the final phase before defeat.

Strategy:

• Keep your distance to avoid the Automatone's fire breath.
• When the switch blocks rise, position yourself behind them to block the arrow volleys.
• As soon as the blocks drop, be ready to shoot the target. It's possible to hit it twice per rotation if you're quick, which speeds up the fight.
• After the target rotation, the Automatone will fire arrows down the sides and then the middle. Dodge left and right to avoid these.
• The pattern repeats, but the switch blocks will drop earlier with each successful hit you land. Pay close attention to when they fall.
• After landing the fourth hit, the Automatone is defeated. Head east to collect the Sacred Bell of Resolve.
