M7: The Rucker Extraction (Stedry Market)

Talk to the augmented individual named Lubos near the elevator. Tell him the code phrase “When you’ve robbed a man of everything, he’s no longer in your power - he’s free again.” to unlock the elevator. This grants 1000 XP.

Alternatively, to obtain the ARC Keycard: find the cop who usually waits at the top of the northern stairs in the market. Follow him as he walks west, then south past the elevator. Incapacitate him to loot the ARC Keycard. This grants 1000 XP.

Head north from the toilets and up the stairs to the west. Turn east into a room with three bunkbeds. On one bunkbed, find the eBook “Global Politics Review [2029 Edition]”.

Leave the housing unit and head south up a hallway, turning west, then south again to reach a domicile with a Security Rating of 1. Hack the door.

Inside, hack the computer (Security Rating: 2). Loot the location for Stealth Software, Crafting Parts, a Pocket Secretary, another Pocket Secretary in an opened safe, Pistol Regular Ammo, and a Credit Chip.

Return to the elevator and head west to the stairs. Go downstairs and explore south to find Entity’s shop. Entity sells hacking software and Multi-Tools.

Leave Entity’s shop and head north past the stairs to find a table with a crate of carrots and the eBook “Promise of a Better Life!”.

Turn west to go under the stairs, then north to find a crawlspace under some pipes. Enter the crawlspace and use Remote Hacking to disable a Gas Mine.

Head to the northern end of the tunnel and turn east to find a window to crawl through, leading to the southern end of the security checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death).

Deal with the single guard. Either dispatch them when they enter the room to the east or wait for them to leave. Grab the eBook “Collapse of an Industry” from the nearby table. Loot a locker for Tranquilizer Rifle Ammo, Combat Rifle, and Crafting Parts. Collect Credit Chips from the table with the eBook, a Smoke Grenade, more Crafting Parts, and a Stem Processor Chip from searchable containers. Hack the computer (Security Rating: 2) and take the Nuke Worm Software.

Return to the stairs and go up two flights to find apartment 150252. Hack the Keypad (Security Rating: 3).

Inside the apartment, loot the first room for Stop! Worm Software, Stealth Software, Nuke Virus Software, and Reveal Software from searchable containers. Find “Triangle Code #26” on a table near a box of books to the west.

In the second (southern) room, find a 10mm Pistol on the bed and a Multi-Tool on some shelves. Take the eBook “Two Bloody Cheeks” off the table. Hack the computer (Security Rating: 1).

Head upstairs from the apartment and continue north to find Louis Gallois’ shop. You can sell excess guns to Gallois for a better price than Entity. Consider buying Stun Gun Ammo. Ask Gallois about ARC to receive a task.
