Complete M12: The Heist in deus ex mankind divided. Pick up the Package from Janus, obtain the Janus Data Rod, and infiltrate the VersaLife Vault.
Walkthrough
- 1Head to the Palisade Property Bank to receive instructions from Alex. You need to retrieve a “Package from Janus” from the parking garage.
- 2Enter the parking garage. If you have been here before, go to the south-eastern corner and search the trunk of a blue car.
- 3If you are new to the garage, enter via the vent on the north-eastern fountain-pillar on “Market Square”. Drop into the garage and head east to a room with vents to the east and south. Enter the southern vent to reach the cage roof over the security room.
- 4Stun the guard in the security room, drop into the office, and flip the “EG Switch”. Use the security computer to turn off cameras.
- 5Neutralize the guards in the main garage area. Search the trunk of the south-eastern most blue car to find the “Package from Janus”.
- 6Enter the Palisade Property Bank and head west along the southern interior to find a hallway leading to the elevator.
- 7If you have the “Level 3 Offices Access Card”, use it to ride the elevator to the third floor. Otherwise, move a garbage can west of the elevator to reveal a vent.
- 8Climb through the vent, turn south to find another vent leading to the elevator shaft. Climb onto the elevator, turn south, and jump onto a metal walkway.
- 9Go east through a vent to a maintenance tunnel, then west through another vent obscured by cardboard boxes.
- 10Wait for two people to stop talking and move away from a laser grid. Sneak through a door to the west and toggle the “EG Switch” if it's not already active.
- 11Sneak north and use your Stun Gun on the guard. Head upstairs west and hack the Keypad (CODE: 0211) (Security Rating: 1), avoiding the camera by leaping up the railing north of the first flight of stairs.
- 12In the office beyond, on the eastern of the two desks, find a “Keycard Biometric Encryptor”. Use it to obtain a “Janus Data Rod” and a “VersaLife Vault Keycard”.
- 13Head to the western end of the office and look behind a television for a vent. Climb into the vent, take a right, and drop into a maintenance shaft. Climb down a ladder.
- 14Head east up some stairs and turn north to find a vent that leads to an elevator. Enter the elevator and use your keycard to access the Corporate Vaults level.
- 15Exit the elevator and turn south to find a Palisade panel with water. Climb behind it to find a vent. Crawl through to reach the cage roof above the security room.
- 16Crawl east to a wall, then north to a Cable Duct Door. Open it and crawl into the duct. Smash a Destructible Vent to the east, then go through another Cable Duct Door.
- 17Hack the nearby Keypad (Security Rating: 5) or use a Multi-Tool. Crawl east into another duct that leads to the eastern end of the level.
- 18Go through the doors and speak with Alex. Use the Keycard Reader to summon the vault, then enter and watch a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).
- 19Search the vaults for two bottles of Painkillers, two Biocells, and two HypoStim Injectors. Collect the Crafting Parts, Gyroscopic Regulator, and Hydraulic Micropump.
- 20Access the computer (password “5896KMO1BN” - Security Rating: 2) to find a Pocket Secretary and the eBook “AJ09-0921 Patient X”.
- 21On the eastern wall, hack the Keypad (Security Rating: 1) and open the nearby safe to find the “Orchid Neutralizing Enzyme” and five bottles of “Neuropozyne”.
