    From the helipad, enter the first doorway (Security Rating: 4) to find a case with Datascan Software, Crafting Parts, and a Biocell.

    Head north across the roof to another building. Ignore the door (Security Rating: 4) and go to the western end to find a weak wall. Punch through it.

    Enter the lightning-filled room. Climb onto a generator, then a metal structure to the east. Look up to find a platform with a breaker. Activate it to stop the lightning.

    Loot the lockers below for Crafting Parts, a Smoke Grenade, Painkillers, Nuke Virus Software, Stealth Software, Tranquilizer Ammo, and Sniper Rifle Ammo.

    Return outside and climb back through the hole. Head southwest to a third building. Ignore the door (Security Rating: 5) on the north end.

    Circle around to the western end and find a vent behind a Heavy Plastic Crate. Crawl through to a small room with a case containing a HypoStim Injector and a Biocell in the corner.

    From the helipad, head southeast to find an elevator. Ride it down to the CSO level.

    Exit the elevator and head west to a security office. Talk to the guard and choose the dialogue option "Back off". Take the eBook "Tarvos: Mission Statement & Company Bio" from the desk.

    Head south from the office and turn east to find two vending machines. Move the left one to reveal a vent.

    Crawl through the vent into a room east of the security office. Sneak under a desk and head west. Use the EG Switch on the western wall to avoid detection.

    Hack the security computer (Security Rating: 4) to turn off cameras. Grab a Multi-Tool from a drawer to the south. Crawl back through the duct.

    Head west to the security office door (Security Rating: 1). Wait for the guard on patrol, take him down when he passes, and hide his body.

    Hack the Keypad, enter the office, and knock out the guard. Take the eBook "Tarvos: Mission Mission Statement & Company Bio" from the desk. Loot the eastern desk drawer for Tranquilizer Rifle Ammo, the southern desk drawer for Overclock Software. Loot the Weapons Cabinet for a Combat Rifle, Pistol EMP Ammo, Machine Pistol Ammo, a Concussion Grenade, and a Smoke Grenade.

    Take cover near the north door and check for guards through the window. Head through the door and west, then through another doorway.

    In the north-western corner, destroy a vent and crawl through to a maintenance tunnel. Climb onto elevated pipes to the north and turn east to find an air shaft.

    Remove the vent and remote hack the Industrial Fan to shut it down. Continue east, smash a Destructible Vent, and crawl across a cage-roof. Grab a HypoStim Injector and a bottle of "Neuropozyne" to the right.

    Smash another vent and crawl through a duct to a ledge overlooking the "Central Security Office" room.

    Use Icarus Dash to reach another ledge to the northeast. Continue east to another vent leading to a cage roof.

    In the north-eastern corner of the cage-roof, find "Triangle Code #31". Grab a Biocell from the south-western corner. Drop down through a hole in the roof.
Tips
  • Biocells are useful for the end of the mission if you are ghosting.
  • Crafting Parts can be used to craft Mine Templates if needed.
  • When dealing with the guards in Slater's office, it's best to use the "Back off" dialogue option to avoid unnecessary conflict and to maintain stealth.
