Secret Mission 04: Objective is to kill all enemies without V getting hit. Recommended to have the Promotion ability to ride Nightmare for invincibility. If not, focus on killing the initial Hell Caina, then the two Hell Antenoras, and finally the Hell Cainas.

After Secret Mission 04, return to the main mission. Head to the area with green orbs and jump down.

Fight the Empusa Queen. Keep distance as V, and use dodges to recall Shadow or Griffon if they are grabbed. Use Devil Trigger to escape if grabbed. Focus on getting behind the Queen.

After defeating the Queen, follow the path. Jump up pallets, turn around to find a Purple Orb Fragment in an alcove. Grab Red Orbs ahead, then destroy the blood clot to return to the sewers.

Follow the tunnel to an open room. Wait for central enemies to spawn, then shoot the explosive tank to clear most of them.

Another Empusa Queen will appear with Empusas and Green Empusas. Prioritize killing the Green Empusas first, then focus on the Queen.

BOSS - Elder Geryon Knight:

The Elder Geryon Knight is a mobile boss on a horse. He charges, swipes, and fires electrified projectiles. Dodge sideways or backwards.
At times, the Knight creates a time-slowing aura. He will appear to teleport and attack from behind within this aura. Exit the bubble to return to normal.
Around 50% health, the Knight creates an electric field on the ground and can release lightning bolts after charging his weapon.
Strategy: Keep Shadow and Griffon alive for dodging. Use quick side dodges to avoid charges. If you have Promotion, ride Nightmare for invincibility.
