    Head to Blackwater Mine.

    Search the office to the left inside the mine.

    Find and take a Bobby Pin Box.

    Once you reach the Progenitor Wendigo, fight and kill it.

    Once the Wendigo is dead, loot it for the Gourmands Key Fragment.

    The fifth and final Key Fragment is at Big Fred's BBQ Shack; follow your Quest Marker there.

    When you arrive, track down David Thorpe, a living man you must kill for the next Fragment.
