    You should be inside Abbie's Bunker. Enter the back room.

    Use the Tinker's Workbench (a crafting station) to repair the Uplink.

    Return to the entry room.

    Use the Scorched Detection System Terminal (a computer interface). Select 'Communications Uplink Repaired'.

    Listen to what Abbie has to say on the intercom (audio log).

    Leave Abbie's Bunker and head to Raleigh Clay's Bunker.

    Use the Terminal at the front door to unlock the door.

    Enter Clay's Bunker.

    Listen to Abbie.

    Follow your Quest Marker (a directional indicator on your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)) to a cabinet, containing all five Fan Motors.

    Next, you need to find the first of five Heating Coils. This can be found in the room at the end of the hall, in a toolbox.

    The second Heating Coil is in Ella Ames' Bunker, to the north. Head up there now.

    Inside Ella Ames' Bunker, follow your Quest Marker to find the Heating Coil.

    For the third Heating Coil, leave Ella Ames' Bunker and go to Relay Tower LW-B1-22.

    Enter the Tower.

    On the southeast side of the room, locate the toolbox with the Heating Coil.

    Return to Abbie's Bunker.

    Go to the back room with the Tinker's Workbench, and search the cupboards to obtain the fourth and fifth Heating Coils.

    Next, use the Tinker's Workbench to craft five Upgraded Motors.

    With the five Upgraded Motors, go back to the main room and access the Terminal.

    At the Terminal, select 'Motor's Upgraded'.
