Achievements:

  12. Zen and the Art of Reloading (10 Points): To Get: Perform 25 successful Active Reloads on any difficulty. Tips: See #23.
  13. Zen and the Art Part Two (20 Points): To Get: Perform five Active Reloads in a row on any difficulty. Tips: This can be unlocked without trying. To force it, find a spot with no enemies, shoot a bullet, and press the right bumper when the meter hits white, then press it again. Repeat 25 times. Try to perform the first five in a row for this achievement.
  14. My Love For You Is Like A Truck (30 Points): To Get: Defeat a Berserker on Hardcore difficulty. Tips: This should be obtained at the end of Act 1 if following the FAQ. Berserkers appear in Act 1 (China Shop), Act 4 (Bad to Worse), and Act 5 (Train Wreck).
  15. Broken Fingers (30 Points): To Get: Defeat a Corpser on Hardcore difficulty. Tips: The only location of a Corpser is in Act 3, Angry Titan. Wretches can make the fight annoying, but it is otherwise easy.
  16. A Dish Best Served Cold (30 Points): To Get: Defeat General RAAM on Hardcore difficulty. Tips: The Torque Bow and Longshot make this fight easier. See Act 5: Pale Horse for strategies.
  17. Clusterluck (20 Points): To Get: Kill at least three enemies simultaneously ten times (not in a row) on any difficulty. Tips: Start Act 3-Evolution. After the Stranded guy falls through the floor, drop into the hole with grenades. Lure three or four Wretches to you, tag them with a grenade, and roll away. Repeat until grenades run out. On the last grenade, kill yourself purposely.
Tips
  • The turret scene before Marcus's house, climbing the stairs, and the Locust entering the front door can be challenging.
  • RAAM is a significant challenge in Act 5.
  • The 'Soldier' and 'Commando' achievements are unlocked by completing all Acts on Hardcore and Insane, respectively.
