Alright, let's talk about dealing with Gideon, especially when he shows up as part of the reinforcements in the 'Collateral' campaign. This guy's a cold mercenary, so expect him to be a tough opponent. When Gideon Arrives as Reinforcements After Sean takes out Theo, Gideon is one of the reinforcements called in. If you haven't dealt with him earlier, this is where you'll encounter him. Be ready, because Sean might even try to take him out while you're both exfiltrating. Confronting Gideon at Jacob's Skyscraper If Gideon survives until later, he'll be at Jacob's skyscraper. He's smart enough to find Sean's radio frequency and will use it to taunt you and Steve, and more importantly, to alert the other goons to your position. Definitely a bad sign! Your objective is to make your way up to floor 27. This is where you'll have your final confrontation with Gideon. You'll either have to incapacitate him or take him down completely before you can face Jacob. Important Note: Keep an eye on your objectives. If Steve has rescued Sean's dad, there's a chance Steve might be sent to Gideon's house earlier in the mission, and he might even kill Gideon there. So, depending on your choices, Gideon might not even make it to the reinforcements phase.
