Becoming a Thief and Joining the White Clad To start, you'll want to head over to the missions and look for quests that grant (Neg Karma). Completing the entire crook questline is also key here. Once you've got a good amount of negative reputation with Sho, he'll eventually send you to your trial. Before that, you might need to talk to Hobie in the slums, or just keep racking up that negative rep with Sho. During your trial, you'll meet ???. Talk to them and give the bug to the child, then prepare to fight an infernal. After you defeat it, congratulations – you're now a disposable White Clad! The White Clad Base Once you're part of the faction, you can teleport to the White Clad HQ. The entrance to the sewers where the base is located can be found in the desert. Inside the base: * First Floor: You'll find a mission board. The room behind it is where Todo hangs out; he'll give you money and XP for completing phone missions. * Right of Todo's Room: This is where the Blacksmith, Wrath), and Armoury are located. * Next to the Blacksmith: This room contains the training equipment. * Bottom Floor: In one room, you'll find a lighter next to a test tube.
