Walkthrough
- 1World 2 Boss:
- Strategy 1 (Hi-Jump): If you have the Hi-Jump ability, stand in the middle of the arena when the boss jumps across and press B to hit him. Repeat approximately 7 times.
- 2Strategy 2 (Laser): Obtain the Laser ability from the Kirby Museum. Fire at the boss whenever it is drawing on a board.
- 3Strategy 3 (Suck and Spit): Suck in whatever the boss draws and spits it back at him. The boss can draw Bomb, Umbrella, Car, Kirby, Kirby/Beam -ish Enemy, Lightning Cloud, or Enemy.
- 4Mini-Boss 6:
- Strategy 1 (Stone): Use the Stone ability. Wait for the boss to ring, jump over him in the middle of his ring, and press B to land on him as a stone. Repeat three times. Be careful of musical notes he may send out.
- 5Strategy 2 (Swallow and Spit): Swallow the musical notes he sends out and spit them back at him. This also takes three hits.
- 6Ability Acquisition: The Stone ability can be obtained by slide-kicking a bomb before it crashes, releasing Crash, and then getting one of the Stone enemies that fall from the top.
- 7Reward: After defeating, suck him up for the Mike ability.
- 8Mini-Boss 8:
- Strategy 1 (Spit): Drop any current abilities and inhale the boss to spit it back for damage.
- 9Strategy 2 (Wheel): Use the Wheel ability. When the boss charges, press B to negate damage to Kirby and deal damage to the boss.
- 10General Strategy: Jump out of the way of its attacks to avoid being grabbed and slammed. If you no longer have Wheel, wait for it to unleash small bugs, suck them up, and shoot them at the boss. This requires 5 hits. Watch out for its aerial charge.
- 11Reward: Suck it up for the BackDrop ability.
- 12BackDrop Ability: When acquired, Kirby can backslam enemies for an instant kill. Press B to inhale, then press the D-Pad in any direction to perform the backslam.
- 13Mini-Boss 9: This fight occurs after Meta Knight leaves, with three types of enemies popping out: one with an axe, one throwing tridents, and one with a ball and chain. A fourth enemy that spins with a spear is added later.

- 22Reward: After defeating, inhale and swallow the Mini-Boss for the Hammer ability.
- 23World 3 Boss (Moon and Sun):
- Moon (on the ground):
- Discard any ability and spit it out at the Moon.
- Moon (on the ground):
- 24Jump over its charge attacks.
- 25When the Sun sends a beam down, it drops stars. Pick them up and spit them at the Moon.
- 26Avoid its cutting blades by jumping over them.
- 27Sun:
- When the Sun lights up, it will charge. Stay above it.
- 28The Moon constantly sends stars down. Collect about three stars if you're quick.
