First off, head to the right. You'll hear some funky music, which is always a good sign! Keep moving right and then start heading upward. You'll see a door; go on in.

Inside, you'll want to move up the right side first, then switch to the left side. Doing this will net you some bonuses. After that, head for the door at the very top.

Keep going up and to the right now. You'll come across a large stone. Inhale it, and then head through the passage that opens up.

You'll need the Tornado ability here. If you don't have it, grab it from an enemy nearby. Use Tornado to break through the blocks ahead. This is where you'll find your first Energy Sphere! The guide mentions ditching Tornado right after, but you can keep it a little longer if you want to grab some food. Once you're done, proceed to the next door and enter it.

This next section requires the Hi-Jump ability. Grab it from an enemy if you don't have it. Continue heading upward. The path will soon split into three directions. Go up the middle path – this is where the second Energy Sphere is hidden!

After grabbing that sphere, continue upwards to the top of the area and enter the door.

Inside this room, you'll need to choose your weapon. Once you've done that, throw the box that's in front of you. It'll break open, revealing a Maxim Tomato.

Now, you'll face King Doo. Defeat him, and then inhale him. This will give you the Beam ability.

Head forward from where you fought King Doo and jump into the cannon. After firing, you'll be in a new area. Look for a bomb block a little further ahead. Hit it with the Beam ability to get your third Energy Sphere! Once you have it, proceed to the door and enter it.

Jump into the cannon here and fire away! You'll eventually make your way to the upper-right part of the screen. Keep going in that direction, and you'll find the last Energy Sphere!

With all four Energy Spheres collected, head up the middle path to reach the stage exit. Great job!
