Walkthrough
- 1After gaining control, move right down the dark corridor, holding the run button, and ignite your lighter to see.

- 19On the other side, open the hatch on the back wall to release a Nome and follow it through a hole on the right wall.
- 20Climb the makeshift rope on the right to continue.
- 21After dropping into a bathroom, light the lantern in the corner.
- 22Push open the door to the rest of the bathroom area, then close the door to reveal a lever.
- 23Pull the box of toilet paper beneath the lever to reach it, cutting power to the area.

Avoid the gaze of the eye as you cross to the other side of the room to avoid being turned to stone. Run to the back of the room near the cell doors, cross to the right, then run forward and right when the eye is looking away.
- 27After passing the eye, climb atop the single metal box and light the lantern to your left.
- 28Climb the metal mesh to the upper floor.
- 29Follow the stack of boxes to the right and drop off the right side to land on a different stack of boxes.
- 30Crawl through the mesh box on the right wall to find a hidden storage room with another lantern and Nome [02/13].
- 31Return to the previous room, drop to the floor, and climb the boxes again to the second floor.
- 32Head left over the eye and enter an open cell with finger paintings; grab the Statue [02/10] in the front right corner and smash it.
- 33Backtrack to the right and exit the prison ward into a bedroom; hide under the bed on the right and wait for a warden to enter and leave.
- 34Once clear, head right into a closet, climb the mesh boxes, and jump onto the shelves to enter another vent.
- 35After crawling through a vent and dropping into an adjacent room, you will experience uncontrollable hunger. Keep heading right, crouching in pain, then grab and eat the food the NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) throws through the bars.
- 36Climb the boxes to the right and crawl through the gap in the metal bars.
- 37Continue right through a shower room to a walkway with electrified bars; climb the box near the doorway.
- 38Follow the path into the background and climb the mesh boxes or jump to the back wall, then climb the mesh boxes on the left.
- 39When you can no longer climb up, press the back jump button.
