Walkthrough
- 1After collecting insurance, return to Charles with Mamiya.
- 2Take Sugiura's suggestion to take a break in town.
- 3Sugiura will call you back; return to Charles where the warriors have gathered.
- 4Speak to Mamiya to start the interrogation. Present the "Trace Element Inspection Report", "Hiro Mikoshiba's Murder Footage", and "Ehara's Transit Card".
- 5Return to the office to sleep.
- 6The next morning, take a taxi to the Tokyo Detention Center.
- 7Present "Hiro Mikoshiba's Murder Footage".
- 8Answer "Did Sawa-sensei tell you?".
- 9Return to Kamurocho and enter Genda Law. Answer the questions as you like.
- 10Head back to Ijincho, specifically Yokohama 99.
- 11After the scene, wander around town until Shirosaki calls with a new lead.
- 12Return to Yokohama 99 to learn about your new target.
- 13Track down Detective Watanabe in Chinatown; head to the center of the main drag.

- 25Enter Observe Mode. Go down the walkway, grab the Gold Plate, and look at the sign pointing up.
- 26Hop over and head right to find a Motivator Shirt SSS.
- 27Return to the starting point, climb up, shift left, and drop to the roof.
- 28Drop down further, go around the corner, and cross the metal roofs.
- 29Climb up the next sign pointing up, shift right, and jump to the next ledge, then drop to the roof.
- 30Run towards the Toughness Z to jump to it, climb up, shift right around the corner, and climb to the top of the roof.
- 31Fight five RK goons. A Toughness Light is nearby if needed.
- 32Check the room Sugiura points out for a Save Point.
- 33Head up the stairs and through the door.
- 34Fight nine RK guys, including one with a gun.
- 35After the fight, you get a new lead about Kuwana.
- 36Head to Ijin Lane and speak to the guys waiting to be escorted to Kuwana.
- 37Suggest "Public Security" and then "They're working for Reiko Kusumoto" during the conversation with Kuwana.
- 38Fight Jin Kuwana. Keep your distance and dodge or counter his attacks, especially when he glows white in a parry stance. He has four health bars.
- 39After the fight, return to Yokohama 99 to establish a plan.
- 40Head to the marked spot south of MIRAI Batting Center.
- 41After your plan works, fight six RK guys.
- 42Defeating these RK guys ends the chapter.
