You are on a platform surrounded by water with item boxes.

Chief Chilly, a giant ice ball, will charge at you trying to knock you off.

Grab an item box; they all contain Triple Mushrooms.

Line up with Chief Chilly and use all 3 boosts to knock him into the water.

When Chief Chilly returns, grab another set of boosts and repeat the process.

After the second time, Chief Chilly will try to jump when you charge; quickly use your boosts to counter and win.

Repeat this process a total of 3 times.
