After returning to Beanbean Castle Town, you'll notice it has been rebuilt since the earlier attacks. Explore buildings you haven't visited and speak to the old man in the southeast area. He will offer a reward if you can find 10 Beanstones hidden underground throughout your adventure. This is an optional task and not part of the main walkthrough.
Visit the Fashion Shop to purchase new Hard Pants for Mario and potentially some Badges. Then, cross the east bridge to the other side of town.
On this side, you can find the Information Shop to the south, or the Item Shop ahead. Both shops now stock 1-Up Mushrooms, so be sure to buy some. A character in the middle area will give you an item if you find 5 Beanlets, which is another mini-game. You can choose to do this or continue onward.
Cross the eastern bridge to leave Beanbean Castle Town.
