Bros. Attacks

Learn about Bros. Attacks in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, powerful team moves with 3 distinct performance modes.

The "Bros." option on your command menu (the menu that appears during battles) allows you to use both brothers as a team to perform a more powerful attack on a targeted enemy. You will learn various types of these attacks throughout the course of the game. Each attack has 3 modes, with Mode 3 being more rewarding than Mode 1.

When a Bros. Attack is performed, you are prompted in slow-motion (for Mode 1) or normal speed (for Modes 2 and 3) when to press the A or B buttons (the primary action buttons) to initiate. If you successfully carry through all the way, the attack will be at its full potential. If you mess up, it will be weaker.

The 3 modes for Bros. Attacks are:

• Mode 1: Slow motion, with on-screen button prompts.
• Mode 2: Normal speed, with on-screen button prompts.
• Mode 3: Normal speed, with no button prompts.
