As the mission starts, wait for the nearby soldier to turn around and FRS him. Enemies are in the same locations as the previous mission. Find Anest x8 on the east side and ammo on the west side. Proceed south to Camino de Lava: Junction.

Upon entering Camino de Lava: Junction, go east behind a tree and look south for a soldier. Locate the dummy doll and observe the sniper shooting at it. Board the train (where the POW was in the previous mission) and look southeast to find the sniper. There is also a soldier on the southern side to FRS. Proceed northeast to Cafetal Aroma Exncantado: Entrance.

In this large area, go north to a fence with a missing section. Intercept the soldier patrolling the entrance to the center of the first part of the area after he moves west.

Enter the area and eliminate the soldier patrolling the west side of the first section.

In a small room on the lower left, find Anest x8. Before heading north, check the northern side to find a POW and FRS him.

Go north up a small hill. Eliminate the soldier on top. From the truck at the top, go east to find ammo.

Be aware of enemies on catwalks above. Find a POW in an alcove.

Before entering the building, eliminate the soldier on the second floor directly in front of the entrance.

Once inside the first building, locate the soldier on the second floor halfway through on the right. Proceed north and find a POW in a small alcove to the right. Continue north to the Mill.

In the Mill, go north slightly. Eliminate the soldier patrolling the west side on the first floor and the two soldiers patrolling the second floor. Enter the room to the left to find a POW. Move to the northern side of the first floor to find another POW. Go up to the second floor and exit the warehouse. Go down the stairs and east to find Ration 5 x3. Proceed north to El Cadalso, the final area.

After a brief cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), secure the train and eliminate all soldiers. The Mk22 is effective for this.
