Master the final ZEKE Battle in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker! Learn ZEKE's attacks, use cover, and exploit the Supply and Strike Markers to emerge victorious.

Alright, you've made it to the final showdown in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker – the ZEKE Battle! It's pretty similar to the Peace Walker fight, just a bit faster and meaner. You'll start with ZEKE right in front of you, so be ready to move. As soon as the battle kicks off, start sprinting to either side to dodge its initial attacks. Keep an eye out, because a few seconds in, hatches will pop open on the deck. These are your best friends for cover, so use them wisely.

You can definitely take cover from ZEKE's lightning and machine gun attacks. Just be aware that it can also perform a nasty jump-and-ram move that'll slam those hatches down on you, causing damage. So, while the hatches are great cover, don't get too comfortable!

Now, pay attention to the deck – you'll see three panels: two red and one blue. The blue panel is just like your Supply Marker; use it to grab much-needed ammo and items throughout the fight. The red panels? Those are your Strike Markers. When you activate one, Miller will prompt you to aim and attack. Find a wall to stick to so you don't get caught in the blast when you trigger it.

ZEKE has a couple of tricks up its sleeve when it jumps to different parts of the arena. If it hops to the left, get ready for its Railgun attack. You'll know it's coming when you hear ZEKE say something like, "Soon you will witness true hell!" or "You’ve got no one to blame but yourself." As soon as you hear those lines, quickly find cover!

If ZEKE jumps to the right side, it's gearing up for a missile barrage. Just like with the Peace Walker fight, your best bet is to just keep running non-stop until all the missiles have been launched. Honestly, those are pretty much all of ZEKE's attacks. This fight really comes down to endurance and managing your resources, so stay focused!
