You'll start with the objective to identify the CFA official. Head towards Nova Braga Airport. As you approach, you'll get a report about an arms dealer arriving by helicopter. This signals the start of a hidden timer – both the official and the dealer will move around the airport, and will leave once their meeting concludes.

Upon arriving at the airport, look for a gate to your left, past the guard tower but along the main wall. There aren't many enemies in this initial section. Once you reach the large, open area, get down and crawl to avoid the snipers positioned on the roof of the main building.

If you've been relying heavily on stealth so far, you might encounter surveillance cameras. Destroying them will alert the enemies, causing them to investigate, so be cautious.

The arms dealer's helicopter will be patrolling the skies, mostly around the main building, until the targets depart. In addition to regular soldiers and the helicopter, you'll face Walkers and those rooftop snipers.

By now, the arms dealer and the official will likely be moving around the base. If you haven't alerted any enemies, they'll be on the second floor of the main building. If you *have* alerted them (e.g., by waking a sleeping guard), they'll also stay inside the main building. To reach them, find the stairs on the north side of the building, which lead to a door granting direct access.

If you find them inside, your best bet is to sedate both NPCs. Carry them outside and Fulton them out. Don't worry too much about enemies spotting the balloons in this scenario. If you extracted them from right outside the building, follow the wall south to find a gate leading to an open field. Carefully watch the gunship as you make your escape to complete the mission.

Mission Task 6: To complete the optional objective of listening to all conversations between the arms dealer and the CFA official, you'll need to catch four different talks. Their first conversation happens inside the building where they initially meet. They then move to two different hangars before returning to the original building for their final chat.

Mission Task 7: The gunship is carrying a blueprint. Shoot it down, then go to the crash site to retrieve it.

Mission Task 8: Extracting the materials container from inside the hangar requires the Wormhole upgrade for your Fulton Device. You can only get this upgrade after completing Side Op 50, which becomes available after Mission 31.
