The Support Engineer is a crucial but often overlooked role, especially in objective-based modes like Frontline and Invasion. This build focuses on utility and team support through building fortifications and repairing structures. You'll need the Toolbox (allows building of barricades, spike traps, and ballistas) and potentially a Repair Kit. Armor can vary, but medium armor is a good balance of protection and mobility. Essential perks include Smith (builds and repairs faster) and Wrench (repairs structures faster). Your primary goal is to fortify defensive positions, repair siege equipment, and block enemy advances. While you can fight, your main contribution comes from your building capabilities. Place barricades strategically to funnel enemies or protect allies.
