Preparation for King Slime

Prepare effectively for Necesse's King Slime boss. This guide suggests optimal Iron tier armor and weapons, including the Musket, for the fight.

While the King Slime can be fought early, having at least Iron tier equipment will make the fight much smoother. He is a large, slow-moving target, making ranged weapons effective.

• Armor: Full Iron Armor set (crafted at an Anvil with Iron Bars). Copper Armor is also viable but less forgiving.
• Weapon: Iron Sword or Iron Bow with Iron Arrows. A Musket is excellent if you have one.
• Accessories: Any accessories that boost damage or defense. 'Swiftness Ring' is good for dodging his jumps.
• Consumables: Regular Healing Potions (crafted with Bottled Water, Gel, and Iron Bars) and plenty of Cooked Food.
• Arena: Find a large, flat, open area. Clear any trees or obstacles. Building a few layers of platforms can be helpful for dodging his jumps and getting extra hits in. Place Campfires for passive healing.

Gathering Gel from regular slimes is crucial for crafting the Slime Crown and Healing Potions. Gold Bars are also needed for the crown.
