Welcome to our No, I'm Not a Human Main Route Guide with Endings. This page will provide you with a template guide of the games main fixed events up to the final day, as well as explain which steps you need to follow in order to reach some of its Endings through their branching paths.

Walkthrough:

  1. Spring 31 - Rumoralia

The game's very first day is very brief, and actually only comprises just a half of it - the night phase. In it, you'll hear a knock on your door: go check who it is and you'll find your unnamed Neighbour in there, who'll tell you something has gone wrong with the sun and that he came to check in on you. After talking a bit with him, let your Neighbour in and he'll settle himself on your Kitchen. However, as you cannot go inside rooms -but your Bedroom- during the night phase; and as you won't get any more people knocking on your door, you'll have to go to sleep. Sleeping is the only way to jump between phases. Just walk all the way down the corridor and take the room that's at its end, next to the bookcase with a radio. Interact with the door to go inside. This'll show you a picture of your room, as whenever inside a room that's not the main corridor -and another that unlocks later but we won't spoil- you won't be able to walk inside. Instead, you'll need to hover your cursor over them and use them when highlighted. We'll do just that - hover your cursor over the bed and then interact with it to go to sleep.

  2. Summer 1 - Beer Day

    Beer Day (Day)

There's not much that'll happen on this day phase, since it's your first. Before getting up, you'll be served with some news on the TV, confirming what your neighbour told you: the sun's become too dangerous for people to go outside, and some of the ones affected by it have turned... strange. Newscasts will be a usual occurrence, and one will always happen at the beginning of (most) day phases. You'd do well in paying attention to them, as they're one of your only links with the outside world, and they provide you with useful information from time to time. Anyway - after the newscast we'll return to the corridor. You might remember that next to the Bedroom door was a radio. You can then interact with it to trigger a small mini-game, in which you toy around with its dial to try and unscramble a signal. While not always useful nor as mucha s the TV; this will sometimes lead to an interesting clue or message, so it's worth giving it a try. Anyhow - head to the Kitchen, the second door to the left past the Bedroom, and interact with your Neighbour. You'll be told that, in order to increase your chances at survival, you'll have to start letting people in your home, since this tends to deter the dangerous visitors from attacking you. However, there is one small issue: some of the people you let in could be visitors as well, so be prudent! And whatever you do, never tell anyone you're alone at home. With that, the Neighbour will gift you with a six-pack of Beers, and tell you to have one so you can go to sleep.

    Stamina and You
On this game, the only feature that might pose a problem to you is Stamina: simply put, this is a stat that represents how many actions you may perform during a single day; mostly checking on guests to see if they're Visitors. Stamina is represented by small lightning bolts towards the top-left corner of your screen, and depletes a certain amount each time you do something. Conversely, you cannot end a Day until you've fully spent it. However, and as you've just been taught, there are ways around this:

    • Drinking Beer depletes your Stamina right away, allowing you to go rest.
    • Drinking EnerJeka -you'll be able to purchase it or obtain it as a bribe later- has the opposite effect, replenishing Stamina.

Both consumables are accessible from the fridge in your Kitchen.

    Beer Day (Night)

It's on the night phase of Beer Day that the core gameplay of No, I'm Not a Human begins. You'll wake up in the Bedroom, and people'll start arriving -and banging- at your door. In order to advance, you won't have any choice but to approach the door and interact with it to see who it is. Luckily, your first knocker won't be anyone but the Neighbour's daughter, who's come to pick him up. This is scripted to happen every single time, and nothing comes out of it apart from the Neighbour going away, leaving you to fend on your own. Which is why, afterwards, three more people will come knocking. We're still experimenting, but from several runs, the first two always seem to be set:

    • The first person is a tall man who says he was kicked out of a bar. We strangely never had him be a Visitor, although common folk are supposed to be random (we'll continue checking and update if needed).
    • The second, meanwhile, is a hunchback woman, who in our case always seemed to turn up as a Visitor (also checking this out).

The third person always seems to be random, for a change, including their status. However, and you should know this, apart from your sixth sense about a character, there's no actual way of accurately determining if someone's a Visitor. You'll be able to sniff them out starting from the next day, but only during day phases once you've already let them in your home. Because of this, although you should let at a minimum one person out of the three in, just to be safe try to minimise potential mistakes by not accepting all. Who you choose depends on how you feel, but remember - status is randomised between runs. You'll be able to go back to the Bedroom and sleep once all three knickers have been attended to.

  3. Summer 2 - Cucumber Day

    Cucumber Day (Day)

The news at the beginning of this day will be very productive, as you'll gain your first clue on how to identify Visitors: they've got perfect white teeth. We'll put that to a test, but before leaving the Bedroom, interact with the TV again to watch some more. This'll be very productive, as through it you'll learn the phone number of a facility, For Rest, which you can call to every three days to have items delivered to your home.

For Rest - Shop from Home
Once you learn about it by watching TV -not the news broadcasts, but after- on either Day 2 or Day 4, a post-it with For Rest's phone number will be placed above your phone -which is by the entrance-. You can call this service one every three days to order useful items that'll enhance your game. At the start, the only viable thing we recommend getting is EnerJeka, which adds 1 Stamina when drunk: this'll be very helpful if you find yourself out of Stamina anytime. But as you advance, you'll be allowed to order Kombucha, Cigarettes and if you play your cards right, even Cat Food. It's all for free, as there's no currency management; but still, remember that you can only make one choice once per every three days each time you order, so think before calling!

Then go out: if you want to, you can tune the radio to listen to the
