[8.5]. Mission 5 - Crash Site: Confrontation (3)

Activate distress beacon: Immediately go right and use the right wall as a guide. Proceed forward until you see two guards. Eliminate them with head-shots (a shot to the head) and collect their ammunition. Head left past the left guard to find the escape capsule. Use the Action button (B) on the capsule to activate the distress beacon.

Retrieve Presidential Medical Scanner: Continue forward towards the crashed plane, eliminating any guards encountered. Near the plane, look for a suitcase in the snow to your right; retrieve it and equip it to complete this objective. Return to the capsule and face the plane.

Shut down enemy jamming device: Turn from the capsule and follow the right wall. Eliminate any nearby guards. Find a small opening to your right and follow it to the tunnel entrance. Kill the guards there, then proceed left, past the plane wheel above the pit. Continue until you reach a ledge; follow it to a large, open field with trees. Avoid or destroy the automatic machine guns, then go left past another machine gun. Locate the crashed spaceship, eliminate the guards, and place a Remote Mine on its front and wings. Move away and detonate the mines. Return to the location of the plane wheel above the pit.

Retire Presidential clone: From the wheel in the snow, go left and descend into a cave below. Equip night vision and enter the cave, taking the right path. You will be attacked by guards; one of them is the Presidential Clone. Eliminate it to complete the objective.

Locate and rescue the President: Exit the cave and turn to face it again, this time taking the left path. Follow the leftmost route until you reach the surface and no longer need night vision. Remove your goggles and shoot the flying robots outside. Exit the cave, go right, and you will see Trent and the President. Shoot Trent to make him flee. Search the surrounding area for a way to the main field, looking for the bright sun. Once in the field, protect the President and search the middle for Elvis's spaceship. Reaching the spaceship completes the final objective.
