Part 26

Complete Part 26 of the Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology walkthrough, covering Skalla and Abysia Forest, including recommended equipment and enemy lists.

Return to the "Waiting at Skalla" node and speak with Sword at the well to finish the sidequest [The Living Legend]. Sword will introduce you to Vainqueur, who can teach new abilities to Stocke, Aht, and Eruca. Speak to Vainqueur again to accept the sidequests [The Blades Trial], [The Starlit Trial], [The Light Trial], and [The Three Contracts]. If you have followed the walkthrough up to this point, you should be able to teach 3 abilities to Stocke, 2 abilities to Aht, and 3 abilities to Eruca.

Go back to Cygnus and speak with Bram to complete [The Good Thief's Way]. Hertz will then give you the PIERCING SCROLL for Raynie. This is also a good time to return to "A New Mission" to teach Raynie the new scrolls you have acquired.

When you are ready, return to the Itolia Wasteland. Head directly north, destroying all the rocks in your path to reach the northern exit that leads to Skalla.

SKALLA (Standard Chapter 6)

After some initial dialogue at the [An Introduction node], go to the weapon shop to the right and purchase a Witch Spear for Raynie. Below the weapon shop, you will find a hidden chest containing the THUNDERSTAR PACT for Aht. Enter the central house to speak with Tarquin again. He will give you the SAND SWORD to progress the [Sand Sword] sidequest and unlock the [Merchant Tarquin] node. Speak to him once more to advance the [Mercenary Recruit] sidequest. Head to the inn to meet Eruca's contact.

To reach the [To Holff Ruins node], you must travel through the Itolia Wasteland and Abyssia Forest. From the northern entrance of the Itolia Wasteland, proceed east one screen, south two screens, and then east one screen. Pass the Gutrals to the east to arrive at the Abyssia Forest.

ABYSSIA FOREST (Standard Chapter 6)

Recommended Level: 45

Recommended Party: Stocke, Aht, Eruca

Enemies: Army Wasp (Ice), Blom, Rose Balsam (Fire), Stompy (Fire), Wood Fang (Fire)

Many enemies in this area are weak to fire. Stocke's new Wisp Blade can be very effective in certain battles, and Eruca's Burst Light can also deal significant damage.

At the fork in the path, go south, then east for two screens until you encounter Liese. Speak with her to advance the [Mankind & Beastkind] sidequest.

Return to the entrance and follow the northern path to the next screen, which opens into a larger area. In the lower-left corner, there is a chest containing a BEAST CHARM (ATK+10). In the upper-right corner, examine the corpse to advance the [Mankind & Beastkind] sidequest. Open the hidden chest next to the corpse to find the ROLL-CUT SCROLL for Marco. Return to Liese once more to further the [Mankind & Beastkind] sidequest.

It is strongly recommended to leave the area and complete some sidequests at this time, as the rewards are substantial and the next few areas can be challenging. Return to "A New Mission" to teach Marco the new scroll, and to "The Three Contracts" to teach Aht the new Pact. Then, return to the "Echoing Hil
